Currently building & thinking about
- Agent skills & Claude Code plugins — figuring out how to hand an agent exactly the context it needs, so it's useful the moment you install it.
- How coding agents actually think — I read a lot of agent traces lately. Where they get lost is usually where the interesting problem is hiding.
- Developer activation — the gap between "installed it" and "okay, I get it now." Closing that gap is most of the job.
- Modular origami — on a kusudama kick lately. Folding 30 identical units turns out to be great thinking time.
